Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an offsite unannounced follow-up survey completed 6/08/2022, Heartfelt Care - Erie had corrected the deficiency cited under PA Code, Title 28, Health and Safety, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart A, Chapter 51. The deficiency was cited as a result of a State licensure survey completed 2/03/2022.
